1. What ZoneMVP is

ZoneMVP is a product of Erakode LLC ("Erakode", "we", "us"), 151 Calle San Francisco, Suite 200, San Juan, PR 00901. It is a platform that lets organizers publish sports events and take registrations and payments online, and lets players register for those events.

ZoneMVP does not organize the events listed on it. Each event is run by its organizer, who is responsible for the event itself: its dates, venue, rules, safety, prizes and anything that happens there.

2. Registering for an event

• You don't need an account to register. You must give accurate information.
• If you register other people (teammates, or a minor as their parent or guardian), you confirm you have their permission to share their details and to register them.
• When you register, you accept the organizer's waiver and event terms shown on the form. That agreement is between you and the organizer.
• Your registration link lets anyone who has it view and change your registration. Keep it private.

3. Prices, fees and payments

• The organizer sets the price of each category. Before you pay, you see the total: the entry fee, any taxes the organizer applies (such as IVU), and the ZoneMVP service fee.
• Card payments are processed by Stripe. ATH Móvil payments go to the organizer's ATH Móvil account. Payments in person are made directly to the organizer, who records them. ZoneMVP never sees or stores your card number.
• While you pay, your spot is held for a limited time. If the payment isn't completed in time, the spot is released. If a payment arrives after the spot was released and the category is full, it is refunded in full.

4. Refunds and cancellations

• Each event's refund policy is set by its organizer and shown on the event page before you pay. Ask the organizer for refunds: replying to your confirmation email reaches them.
• The ZoneMVP service fee is not refundable unless the event's refund policy says otherwise or the law requires it.
• If an event is cancelled or changed, the organizer is responsible for refunds and for letting players know.

5. Organizer accounts

• Organizers need an account. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account and for anyone you give access to your organization.
• You confirm that you are allowed to run the events you publish, that their information is accurate, and that you hold any permits, insurance and waivers they require.
• You are responsible for the taxes that apply to your events, including IVU where you charge it.
• Card payouts are made through Stripe and are subject to Stripe's agreements. The organizer is responsible for refunds and for payment disputes (chargebacks) about their events, including providing evidence when Stripe asks for it.
• You may only use players' information to run your events, and you must follow the law and this platform's Privacy Policy when you handle it.

6. Photos and content

• If you upload a photo, you confirm you have the right to share it. Organizers may use player photos to run their event. They may use them to promote the event only if the player (or their guardian) agreed to that on the registration form.
• Organizers keep ownership of their event content (names, descriptions, cover images) and allow ZoneMVP to show it in order to run and promote the event.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use ZoneMVP for fraudulent registrations or payments, illegal events, collecting other people's data, automated scraping, or anything that could harm the service or its users. We may suspend accounts or remove events that break these terms.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep ZoneMVP available and accurate, but it is provided as it is, and features may change. We may update these terms; when the change is significant we will say so on this page and update the date at the top.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, ZoneMVP is not liable for the events listed on it, for injuries or losses at those events, or for what organizers do or fail to do. Our total liability for any claim about a registration is limited to the ZoneMVP service fee paid for that registration.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico and applicable United States federal law.
